  1. Combine lettuce, carrots and celery in salad bowl.
  2. Toss with dressing and blue cheese crumbles.
  3. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add oil and butter to hot pan with chicken.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and sear 2-3 minutes, then add hot sauce.
  6. Reduce heat and cook 5 minutes more.
  7. Top salad with buffalo chicken and serve.
