Appetizers
  1. Mix breakfast sausage, water chestnuts, green onions, garlic powder and black pepper.
  2. Spread 1-2 Tsp of meat mixture in a line on lumpia wrapper. Roll according to directions on package. Repeat until all wrappers rolled.
  3. Cut lumpia rolls in half.
  4. Deep fry (15-20 halves at a time) until golden brown.
  5. Serve with Sweet Chili Sauce
