1 lb breakfast sausage roll
1 can water chestnuts (chopped fine)
3 green onions (sliced fine)
garlic
black pepper
lumpia wrappers
vegetable or canola oil
Sweet Chili Sauce
Mix breakfast sausage, water chestnuts, green onions, garlic powder and black pepper.
Spread 1-2 Tsp of meat mixture in a line on lumpia wrapper. Roll according to directions on package. Repeat until all wrappers rolled.
Cut lumpia rolls in half.
Deep fry (15-20 halves at a time) until golden brown.
Serve with Sweet Chili Sauce
