3-4 Red Potatoes (cubed)
1 Sweet Potato/Yam (peeled and cubed)
Broccoli (pieces)
Cauliflower (pieces)
Carrots (sliced)
3 Tbs Olive Oil
Rosemary
Garlic
McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning
Salt
Preheat oven to 375.
Spread Vegetables on cookie sheet (with tin foil).
Coat vegetables with Olive Oil. Season with Rosemary, Garlic, Steak Seasoning and Salt. Mix.
Spread vegetables to single layer.
Cook 30 minutes or until soft and slightly caramelized.
