1 lb chicken breast (chopped into small pieces)
3 stocks celery (chopped)
1/2 cup carrots (chopped)
1 Tbs sesame oil
10 oz bag shredded cabbage
garlic
ginger
pepper
oyster sauce
package egg roll wrappers
peanut oil
Heat sesame oil in frying pan and add chicken
Stir fry until chicken is no longer pink
Add celery and carrots and stir fry a few minutes more.
Slowly add cabbage (cabbage will shrink)
Season with garlic, ginger and pepper.
Stir in oyster sauce.
Let mixture cool slightly
Wrap heaping Tbs of mixture in each wrapper according to directions.
Deep fry in peanut oil (or canola/vegetable oil).
