Marinade

• Juice of 8 limes (small bottle of Real Lime juice)
  
• 12 tablespoons of olive oil
  
• 2 teaspoons oregano
  
• 2 teaspoons pepper
  
• 2 teaspoons salt
  
• 1 teaspoon cumin
  
• 1 or more clove diced garlic
  
• 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  
• 3 pounds boneless chicken breast

1. Mix marinade ingredients
   
2. Trim and butterfly or pound thin chicken breasts.
   
3. Marinade at least 3 hours.
   
4. Grill 3-5 on each side or until done.
