Corn Fritters
Ingredients:
- 1 can corn - drained
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup flour
- salt
- butter
Directions:
- Combine corn, egg, and flour in a medium mixing bowl.
- Heat 1/4 inch of oil in a frying pan.
- Drop heaping tablespoon of corn mixture into oil and flatten.
- Each corn fritter should be 2 - 3 inch in diameter and 1/4 inch thick.
- Turn and cook until both sides are golden brown.
- Remove from pan, dry on plate with paper towel.
- Eat with butter and salt.
